I was simply trying to find a mirror to check the sunglasses, and instead of helping me politely, a staff member told me to “wake up” and said, “You’re going on holiday, that’s why,” in a sarcastic and disrespectful way. I found the comment unnecessary and insulting. Customer service should be respectful, especially when customers are asking for simple help. Very disappointing experience .
